周围性面瘫的强度-时间曲线分析及其部分手术所见

摘　　要：目的：探讨强度－时间（Ｉ／ｔ）曲线对周围性面瘫诊断的意义。方法：测定１１６例患者额肌、眼轮匝肌、口轮匝肌的Ｉ／ｔ曲线３３９条，同时比较１５例面神经手术探查情况。结果：在判断Ｉ／ｔ曲线时，时值（Ｃ）和利用时（ＵＴ）具有诊断价值，而基强度（Ｒｂ）无诊断意义，Ｉ／ｔ曲线失神经支配程度与临床表现呈正比，即病情越重，Ｉ／ｔ曲线的变性程度越大，三块肌肉的瘫痪程度及其Ｉ／ｔ曲线变性程度以口轮匝肌最大。结论：Ｉ／ｔ曲线对面瘫具有一定的诊断价值。Objective:In order to discuss the diagnosis of I/t curve for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods: The I/t curve 339 muscles of 116 cases including musculi frontalis,musculi orbicularis oculi and musculi orbicularis oris were measured.Meanwhile,these data were compared with the surgery findings in 15 cases.Results:The CHP and UT was valuable in diagnosis,the Rb was not.The extent of partial denervation detected by I/t curve was directly proportional to clinical manifestation.Among above three muscles,the paralytic extent and nerve degeneration(I/t curve)of musculi orbicularis oris was most apparent.Conclusion:It is proved that the I/t curve has an important role for diagnosis of peripheral facial paralysis.
