摘　　要：目的探讨内镜联合X线放置食管支架治疗食管恶性狭窄的临床意义。方法13例食管恶性狭窄患者采用内镜联合X线放置国产带膜网状镍钛合金记忆支架,规格为Ⅱ型,喇叭口或球头支架,架体直径18～20mm,支架有硅胶膜覆盖,支架置入器外径8mm,支架上下端各超出狭窄段2cm。结果13例患者放置食管支架一次性成功,支架置入后梗阻即刻缓解,所有患者术后均有不同程度不适,2例患者疼痛较为激烈,发生率为15.4%(2/13);3例患者出现反流性食管炎,发生率为23.1%(3/13);5例患者发生术后再狭窄,发生率为38.5%(5/13)。本组病例无一例发生术后大出血及支架移位,未发生食管穿孔等严重并发症。结论内镜联合X线放置食管支架治疗食管恶性狭窄,使支架置入更加安全、准确和便捷,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate clinical significance through gastroscope and X-ray laying oesophagus bracket to cure oesophagus malignant straitness. Methods There were 13 patients who had got oesophagus malignant straitness,we tried to lay teetorial meshy nickel titanium alloy memory bracket which was made in China by using gastroscope united with X-ray.Its specification was 11 model,bell-mouthed or sphericity. The diameter of the bracket body was between 18mm and 20mm,the bracket was covered with silica gelatin pelliele,the outer diameter of the bracket posting equipment was 8mm, the both ends of the bracket overstep strait part was 2mm. Results Laying brackets were successful in 13 cases once. After laying the brackets,block was lighten at once,all patients felt discomfortable after operation to some degree. 2 patients ached violently, the incidence rate was 15.4% （2/13）;3 patients appear reflux esophagitis, the incidence rate was 23.1% （3/13）;5 patients had got straitness again after operation, the incidence rate was 38.5%（5/13 ）. None of the cases had plentiful bleeding and bracket replacement after operation and fearful syndrome, such as perforation of oesophagus did not happen. Conclusion Using gastroscope and X-ray in laying oesophagus bracket to cure oesophagus malignant straitness make bracket laying safer,exact and more convenient,which has better clinical application value.
