摘  要:目的了解深圳市龙岗区食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药水平,以发现抗生素使用中的问题。方法根据GB/T4789.10-2003分离鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌,用K-B法检测金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性。结果33株食品中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌,有28株对青霉素和氨苄西林耐药,耐药率高达84.8%;21株对卡比西林耐药,耐药率达63.6%;检出了5株耐甲氧西林(苯唑西林)的菌株,耐药率为15.2%;对其他头孢类抗生素、氨基糖苷类、大环内脂类、四环素类等都出现出不同程度的耐药;所有菌株均对万古霉素敏感。结论该区食品中分离出的金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性较高,应规范农牧业和水产养殖业饲料中抗生素的使用,并加强环境保护,减少抗生素的污染,防止微生物处于不利的环境,保障食品卫生安全。[Objective] To investigate the antibiotic resistance level of staphylococcus aureus isolated from food, so as to find out the issue in the usage of antibiotics. [Methods]The isolation and identification methods of staphylococcus aureus were carried out according to GB/T4789.10-2003. The antibiotic resistance of staphylococcus aureus was detected by K-B method. [Results] Of 33 staphylococcus aarens stains isolated from food, 28 were resistant to penicillium and ampicillin, the resistance rate was as high as 84.8%. 21 stains were resistant to carbenicillin, the rate was 63.6%. 5 stains were detected resistant to methieillin, which took up to 15.2%. The stains also were resistant to cephalosporin antibiotics, aminoglyeoside, microeline antibiotic and tetracyelines in different levels, all strains were sensitive to vancomycin. [Conclusion] The antibiotic resistance level of staphylococcus aureus isolated from the food in this district is relatively high, the antibiotics added in the feeds used in agriculture, animal husbandry and aquaculture should be regulated, not only the environment should be protected from the pollution of antibiotics, but also the microorganisms, so as to insure the safety of foods.
