硫普罗宁联合强肝胶囊治疗酒精性肝病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察硫普罗宁联合强肝胶囊治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。方法将107例酒精性肝病患者随机分为2组:观察组54例口服硫普罗宁200 mg/次、强肝胶囊1.2 g/次,均每日3次。对照组53例予常规护肝治疗。观察2组治疗前后临床症状、肝功能、血脂、肝纤维化指标变化。结果观察组疗效优于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论硫普罗宁联合强肝胶囊治疗酒精性肝病疗效较好。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Tiopronin combined with Qianggan capsule on alcoholic liver disease. Methods 107 cases of patients with alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into two groups. 54 cases in observation group were give 200 mg Tiopronin and 1.2 g Qianggan Capsule by oral use once time and three times a day. 53 cases in control group were given routine liver-protecting treatment. The changes of clinical symptom, liver function, blood lipids, indexes of serum fibrosis in both groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tiopronin combined with Qianggan capsule is an efficient method to treat alcoholic liver disease.
