摘  要:目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)外周血癌胚抗原(CEA)mRNA的表达与肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)之间的相关性。方法:采用逆转录巢式聚合酶链反应(nestedRT-PCR)和微流控芯片(micro-fluidchip)技术检测57例NSCLC患者术前外周血CEAmRNA;选择单克隆抗体CD31和CD34,采用免疫组化对肿瘤组织进行MVD计数。结果:57例NSCLC患者外周血CEAmRNA阳性表达率为61.4%;CD31和CD34显示的MVD结果分别为(29.7±12.1)条和(38.2±12.7)条,范围分别是10~61条和19~76条。CEAmRNA阳性表达率和MVD计数呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:在NSCLC患者,其肿瘤MVD较高的则更容易发生外周血微转移。Objective:To investigate the relationship between microvessel density (MVD) of the tumor and earcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) mRNA expression of peripheral blood (PB) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:Nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (nested RT-PCR) and micro-fluid chip were used to detect CEA mRNA from PB;ElivisionTM plus immunohistochemieal technique was used to investigate the expression of CD31 and CD34. Results:In the 57 cases of NSCLC,the positive rate of CEA mRNA was 61.4% and the MVDs shown by CD31 and CD34 were 29.7 ± 12.1 and 38.2 ± 12.7,respectively, within a range of 10 -61 and 19 -76 . The expression of CEA mRNA was positively related to MVD (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions:For patients with NSCLC,high MVD may increase the chances of micrometastasis.
