摘  要:目的:比较肝癌大鼠在体应用干扰素、卡介苗或二者联用后.几种单核巨噬细胞体外抗肝癌细胞作用的变化.方法:以二乙基亚硝胺诱发大鼠肝癌,实验组同时给予干扰素、卡介苗或二者联用.于第8、12、16周分离肝枯否细胞、腹腔巨噬细胞、肺巨噬细胞、脾巨噬细胞和血单核细胞,分别与人肝癌细胞联合培养.用H-TdR掺入法测定5种细胞抑肝癌细胞增殖作用.结果:实验组肝病理变化明显轻于对照组.以干扰素与卡介苗联用组病变最轻.实验组5种细胞体外抗肝癌细胞作用明显增强,卡介苗的作用强于干扰素.尤以两者联用组效果最佳,使效应细胞作用增强1~5倍.结论:研究为肝癌治疗合理选用免疫制剂提供了实验依据.Hepatoma was induced in rats by administration of diethylnitrosamine (DEN), and then treated by IFN, BCG or their combination respectively. The hepatomas in the control rats were not treated with any biological immune stimulants (BIS). The Kupffer cells (KC), peritoneal macrophages (PM), alveolar macrophages (AM), spleen macrophages (SM) and monocytes (MC) were isolated from the rats (at 8th, 12th and 16th weeks), and cocultured with human hepatoma cells. Their cytostatic activity against hepatoma cells were assayed by measuring the 3H-TdR incorporation into tumor cells DNA. The results showed that the pathological changes of the liver in the control rats (not treated with BIS) were severer than those of the experimental rats (treated with BIS). The cytostatic effects of KC, PM, AM, SM and MC against hepatoma cells were enhanced by BIS (1 to 5 times). BCG was proved to be more effective than IFN and their combination to have the best result.
