摘　　要：伴随着世界经济的高速发展,群体纠纷在许多国家呈上升趋势,群体诉讼的理论研究和实践也越来越受到世界各国的重视。从世界范围来看,群体诉讼的发展主要呈现出以下趋势:即群体诉讼制度被越来越多的国家确立并得到了较大的发展;多元化的群体诉讼机制受到许多国家的重视;各国在发挥群体诉讼价值和功能的同时,尽量限制其带来的负面影响。With the rapid development of economy in the world, the group dispute shows the trend of escalation in many countries. The academic research and the praetice of group action also receive more and more attention in various countries. From a global perspective, the development of group action mainly presents the following tendency ： group action system has been established by more and more countries and got greater development. Many countries pay attention to the pluralistic group action mechanism. Various countries exert the value and function of group action on one hand and limit its negative influence as far as possible on the other hand.
