E-cadherin、α-catenin和γ-catenin在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨E-cadherin、α-catenin和γ-catenin在宫颈鳞癌中的表达特点及与宫颈鳞癌生物学行为的关系。方法选取活检病例中已诊断为宫颈鳞癌,且资料完整的60例标本(2006-2008年),采用SABC免疫组织化学方法,检测60例宫颈鳞癌组织以及正常宫颈黏膜E-cadherin、α-catenin和γ-catenin的表达情况。结果E-cadherin和α-catenin在宫颈鳞癌中的表达与病理分化程度和肿瘤浸润深度密切相关,且二者在宫颈鳞癌中的表达呈正相关。γ-catenin在宫颈鳞癌中异常表达在细胞浆和细胞核。结论E-cadherin、α-catenin和γ-catenin在宫颈鳞癌的发生以及侵袭、转移中发挥着重要作用,E-cadherin、α-catenin可能协同抑制肿瘤的转移和侵袭,而γ-catenin的异常表达可能成为宫颈鳞癌临床诊断和判断生物学行为的有效指标。Objective To explore the expression of E - cadherin,a - catenin, and γ - catenin in cervical squamous carcinoma, and the correlation between the expression characters and the biological behavior of cervical squamous carcinoma. Methods We collected 60 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma with pathologic diagnosis and detailed information, detected the expression of E- cadherin,α- catenin, and γ catenin in the natural cervical mucosa and the cervical squamous carcinoma tissue with SABC immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of E - cadherin and α - catenin in Cervical squamous carcinoma had a close relationship with pathological differentiation degrees and the tumor infiltrated extent, and there was a positive correlation between the expression of E - cadherin and α- catenin. The abnormal expression of γ - catenin existed in cytoplasm and cell nucleus. Conclusions E- cadherin, catenin and γ- catenin play the important roles in the development, invasion and metastasis of cervical squamous carcinoma. E - cadherin and α - catenin may synergistically inhibit invasion and metastasis of cervical squamous carcinoma, and γ - catenin may be the effective index in clinical diagnosis and criterion of biological behavior.
