排龈线与排龈膏在劈裂牙固定修复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨排龈线与排龈膏在劈裂牙固定修复中的应用。方法对我院门诊需要进行固定修复的劈裂牙病例58例共82颗患牙,随机分为两组。排龈线组28例39颗患牙和排龈膏组30例43颗患牙。结果两组的主观感觉满意度分别为66.7%和88.4%,相比存在显著差异(P<0.05);在排龈膏组中,牙龈止血满意率为83.7%,印模及模型边缘满意率为93.0%;而排龈线组分别为82.1%和92.3%,显示两组差别并无统计学上的意义(P>0.05)。结论排龈膏排龈技术操作简单易行,耗时短,可使印模及模型边缘清晰,操作便捷,患者无痛。Objective To explore the clinical application of gingival retraction cord and gingival retraction paste in fixed prosthesis restoration of split tooth. Methods Fifty- eight dental outpatients with 82 split teeth which needed to conduct fixed prosthesis restoration were randomly divided into gingival retraction cord group （n = 28, 39 split teeth）, and gingival retraction paste group （n= 30, 43 split teeth）. Results The satisfaction rates of subjective feeling of the two groups were 66.7% and 88.4%, there were significant differences between them （P 〈 0.0.5）. Hemostasis satisfaction rate of bleeding gums was 83. 7 %, impression and edge of model satisfaction rate was 93.0 % in gingival retraction paste group, while hemostasis satisfaction rate of bleeding gums was 82.1%, impression and edge of model satisfaction rate was 92.3 % in gingival retraction cord group. No significant difference was found between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The gingival retraction technique with gingival retraction paste is easy, feasible, rapid, and painless, with clear impression and clear edge of model.
