摘 要:目的探讨医学模拟教学在妇产科实践教学中的应用效果。方法将本校2004级临床医学五年制本科220名学生分成医学模拟教学组和传统教学组,进行妇产科见习后,统计操作考核成绩,并进行问卷调查。结果医学模拟教学组妇科和产科操作考核的优良率显著优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。模拟教学组学生的临床动手能力、临床思维能力、对理论知识的理解、实际解决问题的能力和临床操作信心等方面显著优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论医学模拟教学可以提高学生的妇产科临床实践操作能力,是妇产科实践教学中重要的教学手段。Objective To explore the application effects of medical simulation in practical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods The survey was conducted on medical simulation teaching and traditional teaching applied in 220 clinical internships of obstetrics and gynecology through statistical evaluation of operative performance and questionnaire results. Results The simulation teaching group performed better than the traditional teaching group on the operative assessment (P 〈0.05). Clinical operative skill, understanding of theoretical knowledge, clinical thinking ability, confidence and ability of problemsolving among the students of simulation teaching group were significantly superior to those of traditional teaching group (P〈 0.05). Conclusions The medical simulation teaching can improve students' clinical practice ability of obstetrics and gynecology. It is a valuable educational tool in practical teaching.
