摘　　要：[目的]明确茜草(Rubia cordifoliaL.)乙醇提取物不同萃取部分的抑菌活性。[方法]选择金黄色葡萄球菌、停乳链球菌、无乳链球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌和绿脓杆菌为代表菌种,用不同极性的溶剂对茜草根的乙醇提取物进行分步萃取,筛选出对奶牛乳房炎主要病原菌有较强抑制作用的萃取部分。[结果]茜草提取物的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯萃取部分具有抗菌活性。其中乙酸乙酯萃取部分对奶牛乳房炎5种病原菌的抑菌效果最强,氯仿与石油醚萃取部分作用相当,正丁醇萃取部分对6种病原菌不敏感。丙酮萃取部分无抑菌作用。[ Objective ] To study antibacterial activity of different purification of Rubia cordifolia L. ethanol extracts. [ Method ] Selecting Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Streptococcus agalactiae Bacillus coli, Bacillus proteus, Bacillus aeruginosus as representative strain, fractional extraction was conducted to Rubia cordifolia L. root ethanol extracts by solvents with different polarities to screen the partial purification from main pathogen which had inhibitory effect on the mastitis of cows. [ Result] Petroleum ether, chloroform ether and ethyl acetate extracts from Rubia cordifolia L. has inhibitory effect, among which the inhibitory activity of ethyl acetate soluble fractions of the plant was most significant to the 5 germs; petroleum ether and chloroform ether soluble fraction of the plant had similar antibacterial activity to 6 germs; n-butyl alcohol is insensitive to the 6 germs and acetone is the most inactive.
