摘 要:The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of tartaric acid modified glass carbon electrode were investigated.The electrode was applied to the determination of ascorbic acid.In PBS buffer(pH 7.0),a sensitive oxidation peak was observed.The current was proportional to the concentration of ascorbic acid in the range of 3.8×10-6~3.5×10-3 mol/ L with a detection limit of 1.1×10-6mol/L.The modified electrode had good repeatability.Also,the determination of ascorbic acid in Vc plates was evaluate and the results were satisfactory.The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of tartaric acid modified glass carbon electrode were investigated.
