摘　　要：在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,倡导以"尽己之责"等为基本内涵的责任伦理精神有着重要的现实意义。新时期,应大力培育公民关爱生命、关心他人、遵守公德、参与公共生活、回馈社会、爱国奉献、保护生态文明的责任伦理精神,着力加强公民责任伦理教育,构建"各尽其责"的伦理文化,完善尽责与失责的奖惩机制,推进社会主义公民道德建设。In the process of constructing a harmonious socialist society, it is greatly meaningful to advocate the spirit of the responsibility ethic based on the connotation of discharging one＇ s responsibility. In the new era, it is necessary to educate the citizens with the responsibility ethic to care about life, to concern others, to reward family and society, and to make contributions to the motherland, trying to protect the ecological civilization. We should construct the ethic culture of doing one＇ s duty and perfect the encouraging and punishing system in accordance with the accomplishment and negligence of duties, so as to promote the construction of the socialist citizen＇s morality.
