摘　　要：公司社会责任本质上是特定的经济和社会条件对公司的客观要求,其内涵和主要内容具有一定的历史阶段性。西方发达国家有关公司社会责任的立法较为完善,大多数公司也勇于承担社会责任。中国有关公司承担社会责任的立法非常简陋,应逐步完善相关立法,积极推动公司承担社会责任。Corporate social responsibility is essentially the objective requirements of company decided under specific economic and social conditions. Its connotation and main contents show a certain historical stage. Legislation related to corporate social responsibility in western developed countries is quite perfect. Most companies have the courage to shoulder social responsibility. Chinese legislation is very simple and inadequate related to corporate social responsibility. We should gradually improve related legislation to actively promote corporate to shoulder social responsibility.
