摘　　要：目的探讨大鼠心脏异位移植手术操作改良方法及成功的关键因素。方法采用Ono创建的大鼠心脏异位移植模型制作方法,并作部分改良,缩短了手术时间及供心缺血时间。结果预实验30次,成功率36.7%。正式实验100次,成功率达到87.0%,正式实验手术总时间为60±5 min,供心热缺血时间为5±1 min,供心冷缺血时间27±5 min,心脏复跳时间为1.5±1.0 min。结论成功完成实验的关键因素是:严格的动物选择;清洁手术器械;适度的麻醉;缩短供心热缺血时间;准确的吻合技术。Objective To study the modified techniques for heterotopic heart transplantation model in rats and key factors to success. Methods The rat model of heart heterotopie transplantation was adopted and established by Ono, and some modifications were made in this experiment. The duration of procedure and ischemic time for donor heart were shortened. Results of 30 preliminary experiments were done with a suecessful rate less than 40% （11/30） , but 100 formal experiments were done with a successful rate of 87.0% （ 87/100 ）. In formal experiments, the duration for operation was 60±5 minutes. The warm and cool ischemic durations for donor heart were 5±1 minutes and 27±5 minutes respectively, and rebeating time was 1.5±1.0 minutes. Conclusion The key factors for successful establishment of rat model are strict selection of animal, operating with clean surgical instruments and appropriate depth of anesthesia, shortening warm isehemic duration for donor heart and accurate skills for blood vessel anastomosis.
