摘　　要：目的探讨钼靶摄片立体定位穿刺活检技术在早期乳腺癌诊断上价值。方法对22例钼靶X片上乳腺有可疑病灶而无任何临床体征的患者,在X线定位下穿刺活检,明确诊断后采取不同手术方式治疗,手术病理对照。结果22例中8例(占36.4%)为乳腺癌,均行改良根治术;14例(占63.6%)为良性。空心针穿刺活检(CNB)与手术结果符合20例,诊断符合率90.9%。结论X线钼靶摄片及定位穿刺活检可早期发现乳腺癌,提高诊断隐匿性乳腺癌的准确性,为外科制定手术方案提供依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of mammography with X - ray stereotaxic puncture in early breast carcinoma（BC）. Methods 22 patients with nonpalpable breast lesions were performed fine - needle biopsy under mammography, and the lesions were removed for biopsy to make the diagnosis. Different surgical approach was performed according to the previous diagnosis, which will be compared to the postoperative pathological result. Results Eight cases（36.4% ）were breast cancer in 22 patients, and all receiced modified radical mastectomy; Fourteen eases （63.6%）were benign. There are 20 cases which CNB was consistent with the postoperative results. The diagnostic coincidence rate with was 90.9 %. Conclusion Mammography with X - ray Stereotaxic Puncture can detect early breast cancer, increase the diagnostic accuracy for occult breast cancer, and can provide evidence for operative regimen in surgery.
