摘 要:[目的]了解大学生典型1周的膳食构成,以便提出大学生膳食营养的合理建议。[方法]2007年5月,对武汉市某高等学校4个年级276名大学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查276名大学生,1周内每天食用薯类、粗粮少于1次者分别占91.95%和97.46%,食用肉类食品少于1次的占80.08%,食用豆类食品少于1次的占93.22%,食用新鲜水果少于1次的占76.27%。[结论]武汉某高等学校大学生的膳食构成不够合理。[Objective]To study the structure of meals among students in a typical week,so as to access reasonable proposals to dietary nutrition of them. [Methods]Questionnaire investigation among 276 college students from four different grades in a university in Wuhan was carried out in May 2007. [Results]91.95% and 97.46% of the 276 college students' daily consumption of coarse grains and series of potatoes is less than one time in a week, and 80.08 % of them eat meat products less than one time per day,The daily consumption of soy foods less than one time accounted for 93. Z2 9'6 and the number less than one time of consumption of fresh fruit accounted for 76. 27 %. [Conclusion]The structure of diet among students of a university in Wuhan is not reasonable.
