摘　　要：康拉德继承了西方人文主义的伟大传统,始终关注人的生存,人性的栖居,在作品中从人与自然、人与人、人与自我及人与社会之间关系的维度对人性进行了深入的探索。这在他的丛林题材小说中尤其有全面深刻的体现。随着思考的深入,康拉德对人性有不断深入的理解,表现出自己独特的悲剧人性观和"积极悲观主义思想"。Conrad has inherited the great tradition of Western humanism. Always concerned with the survival of the humankind and the dwelling of the Human nature,Conrad has,in his works,carried on a thorough exploration of the human nature in the four dimensions,which are in the relations between man and nature,man and man ,man and oneself, man and society. This has been deeply and comprehensively embodied in his jungle novels,showing his unique tragic view of human nature and his ＂positive pessimism.＂
