摘　　要：构建以人为本的高校心理健康教育体系,符合现代教育理念,是培养高素质人才的迫切要求,是大学生健康成长的需要。为此,应确立多层次的心理健康教育目标,创建全方位立体化的心理健康工作网络,拓宽心理健康教育途径。The construction of the university students＇ mental health and education system with the view of the people-centered,which conforms to the modern education idea,is the urgent demand for training the highquality talented person, is the need of the healthy growth of university students. Therefore, we should establish the muhi-level psychologically health educational goal,found the omni-directional and three-dimensional psycholog- ical health work network ,and expand the ways of the mental health education.
