紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗复发转移性乳腺癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察紫杉醇联合顺铂的PC方案治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的疗效和毒性反应。方法第1天、第15天应用紫杉醇135mg／（m^2·d）静脉滴注，第1～4天顺铂（诺欣）20mg／（m^2·d）静脉滴注，28d为1周期，连用两个周期评价疗效。本组34例复发转移性乳腺癌。结果全组34例均可评价疗效，CR3例（8．8％），PR15例（44．1％），总有效率（CR＋PR）为52．9％（18／34）。主要毒性反应为白细胞计数下降占100．0％，其中Ⅱ度为4例（11．8％），Ⅲ度17例（50．0％），Ⅳ度13例（38．2％），Ⅲ-Ⅳ度占88．2％；血小板下降Ⅱ度12例（35．3％），Ⅲ～Ⅳ度1例（2．9％）；血红蛋白下降Ⅲ度3例（8．8％）。恶心呕吐15例（44．1％），Ⅲ度未出现。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗复发转移性乳腺癌疗效较高，骨髓毒菌4反应较明显，消化道反应较轻。Objective To evaluate the results of combined chemotherapy with paclitaxel（FIX） plus cisplatin（DDP） in the treatment of metastic breast cancer. Methods 34 patiets with metastic breast cancer FIX 135 mg/（ m^2· d） by intravenous infusion on the 1 th day and 15th day, and DDP 20 mg/（ m^2· d） by intravenous infusion for day 1 - 4. The treatment was repeated every 28 days, up to 2 cycles. Results The efficacy of 34 patients were evaluable. The response rate（RR） was 52. 9% （CR ：3, PR：15 ）. The major toxicities included myelosuppression, nausea and vomiting, and other side effects were mild. Conclusion A high response rate can be obtained in advanced metastic breast cancer by PTX plus DDP with tolerable toxicity.
