摘  要:[目的]探讨干旱胁迫下香椿幼苗可溶性蛋白累积的动态变化及种源间差异。[方法]选择江苏、四川、湖南、湖北、河南、陕西6个种源的香椿1年生平茬苗为材料进行盆栽试验,研究干旱胁迫下香椿可溶性蛋白的动态变化。[结果]干旱胁迫下6个种源香椿的可溶性蛋白含量随着胁迫的强度呈上升趋势,同一种源不同时期和同一时期不同种源其含量变化程度均有不同。重度胁迫下,陕西安康种源在处理初期和末期,河南西峡种源在处理末期其含量高于对照,江苏南京种源在处理末期两种胁迫水平下其含量均高于对照,其余种源在不同胁迫时期其含量均低于对照。复水后,6个种源的可溶性蛋白含量呈平缓上升趋势。[结论]安康、西峡以及南京3个种源的香椿在胁迫末期对干旱有一定的适应性。[ Objective] The study aimed to discuss the dynamic change of soluble protein accumulation in Toona sinensi seedlings under the drought stress and their difference among provenances. [ Method] In the pot test, the 1-year-old stump seedlings of T. sinensi from 6 provenances of Jiansu, Sichuan, Hunan, Hubei, Henan and Shaanxi were selected to study the dynamic change of soluble protein in T. sinensi. [Result] The soluble protein content in T. sinensi from 6 provenances under drought stress showed the increasing tendency with the intensity of drought stress. Their change extent was different for the same provenance in different phases and for the same phase among different provenances. Under the heavy drought stress, the soluble protein content in T. sinensi from the provenance of Ankang in Shaanxi during the treating initial stage and final stage was higher than that of CK and so did for that from the provenance of Xixia in Henan during the treating final stage. While that from provenance of Nanjing in Jiangsu during treating fmal stage was higher than that of CK under two different drought stress levels and that from other provenances were all less than that of CK during different stages. After rewatering, all soluble protein contents from 6 provenances maintained the increasing tendency slowly. [Conclusion] T. sinensi from the 3 provenances of Ankang, Xixia and Nanjing showed some adaptability to the drought during the treating final stage.
