摘  要:[目的]研究重金属对花生种子萌发的影响。[方法]用不同浓度的Cr6+和Cu2+溶液浸泡花生种子,测定了不同处理的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和脂肪酶活力。[结果]低浓度铬和铜溶液浸种可以提高花生种子的发芽指数和活力指数,当铬和铜溶液达到50和300 mg/L时,则降低种子的发芽指数,抑制种子的活力,其浓度越高,抑制作用越明显。以5和30 mg/L铬处理的花生种子酶活力为最高,其次为3 mg/L,其他铬浓度处理均比对照低;以25 mg/L铜溶液处理的花生种子酶活力为最高,其次为50和100 mg/L的处理。[结论]铬和铜对花生种子萌发的影响表现为低浓度促进高浓度抑制。[ Objective ] The objective was to study the effect of heart metals on the seed germination of peanut. [ Methed] Peanut seeds were soaked in the Cr^6+ and Cu^2+ selution with different concn, and their germination rate, germination index, vigor index and lipase activity in different treatments were determined. [Result] Peanut seeds soaked in Cr and Cu solution with low conch, could improve the germination index and vigor index of peanut seeds. When the concn, of Cr and Cu solution reached 50 and 300 mg/L, it could decrease the seed germination index and inhibit seed vigor. The higher their concn, were, the more obvious the inhibition was. The enzyme activity of seed treated by Cr solution at 5 and 30 mg/L was the highest, the second was that by Cr solution at 3 mg/L, and that by other concn, treatments were lower than CK. The enzyme activity of seed treated by Cu solution at 25 mg/L was the highest, the second was that by Cu solution at 50 and 100 mg/L. [Conclusion] The effect of Cr and Cu on peanut germination showed as promotion at low concn, and inhibition at high concn.
