摘 要:运用居群学的方法,对居群内、居群间的禺毛茛进行了形态及细胞学两方面的性状分析。结果表明,居群内,瘦果扁平度、花瓣长宽比、萼片长宽比变异最为稳定,居群间,这3个繁殖器官的相对性状呈现随着纬度的增加逐渐增大的趋势,并且随纬度的增加,核型不对称系数呈现不断增加而染色体总长不断减小的趋势。根据毛茛属植物形态和核型的进化特征,可知禺毛茛在我国大陆的地理变异即其进化迁移路线很可能是从南到北即纬度不断增加的方向。This study aimed to analyze the morphological and cytological characteristics of Ranunculus cantoniensis within and among populations.Its results showed that ratio of length to width of petal and sepal and the degree of flat of achene within population were characterized as the most stable characters and gradually increased with the increase of latitude.And among populations the characters of these 3 reproductive organs were increased gradually with the increase of latitude,and meanwhile,the tendency that karyotype asymmetry index increased and the total genome length decreased along with the increase of latitude was obvious.Based on the evolution characteristics of morphology and karyotype in the Genus Ranunculus,it was predicted that the geographic variation,i.e.evolution shift route of R.cantoniensis in China mainland is from southern to northern area with the increase of latitude.
