摘  要:[目的]采用复合酶法提取桑叶中多糖。[方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了酶的浓度、酶作用的时间、酶作用的温度以及酶作用的pH值对桑叶粗多糖提取率的影响。[结果]通过复合酶法提高了桑叶多糖的提取率。[结论]提取的最佳工艺条件为:温度50℃、pH值为4.5、酶用量1.0%、提取时间1 h;提取桑叶多糖的收率可达14.32%。[Objective] The Complex Phosphoesterasum was used in the experiment to extract polysaccharide from mulberry leaves.[Method] Single factor tests and orthogonal experiment design methods were applied to analyze the influence of the factors such as the concentration,time,temperature and pH value of the enzyme on the extraction ratio of polysaccharides from mulberry leaves.[Results] The adoption of new extraction methods improved the extraction ratio of the target products.[Conclusion] The best conditions are as follows: temperature is 50 ℃,pH value is 4.5,the concentration of cellulose enzyme is 1.0% and the extracting time is 1 h.The extraction ratio of Polysaccharides in mulberry leaves is up to 14.32%.
