摘  要:[目的]检测市郊蔬菜中重金属的含量。[方法]用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法对德州市郊几个蔬菜基地的蔬菜进行重金属含量检测,根据结果分析并讨论蔬菜中重金属的污染状况及有效解决途径。[结果]结果表明,在检测的8种蔬菜中,锌的平均含量低于国家食品卫生标准的允许,合格率为100%;叶类蔬菜比茄果类蔬菜更能富集铜、铅和镉。[结论]该研究为污染蔬菜的检测提供理论依据。[Objective]The aim of research was to determine the content of heavy metal in vegetable of Dezhou suburb.[Method]A method of AAS had been developed for determining heavy metal content in vegetable.In the end,a discussion about the results was put forward,raising the efficient approach of settling problems.[Result]The results indicated that the average content of Zn was lower than the rage of national diet sanitation standard,the eligibility rate was 100%;the vegetable of foliage kind could enrich much more Cu,Cd and Pb than the vegetable of eggplant fruit.[Conclusion]This study will provide the theoretical reference for determining vegetable polluted by heavy metal.
