摘　　要：对"公司+农户"模式下农户信贷模式进行了研究。研究了龙头企业担保下农户信贷的运作方式;分析了无担保和由龙头企业担保2种情况下的交易规模、期望利润。研究表明,龙头企业担保可以扩大"公司+农户"和信贷交易规模,提高各方期望利润,有效地解决广大农民贷款难的问题。This essay summarized the experience of collective forest property right system reformation in Nanping City of Fujian Province.Based on this,the essay analyzed the necessity to supervise the circulation of forest property right,and pointed out the subjects and contents of the supervision over the circulation of forest property right.
