摘 要:采用熔融缩聚法合成聚乳酸,探讨了催化剂、反应温度、阶梯控温对聚乳酸的影响,结果表明,阶梯控温的方法可以极大提高聚乳酸的产率和分子量,最佳反应条件为:以0.3%(质量分数)的对甲苯磺酸和0.4%(质量分数)的氯化亚锡为催化剂,先在160℃反应9 h,再于180℃反应12 h。Poly(lactic acid)(PLLA) was prepared by means of melt polycondensation. The effects of the catalyst, the reaction temperature, and the ladder temperature controlling on the synthesis were studied. The polymers obtained were characterized by using FT-IR and DSC. The results show that the ladder temperature controlling can greatly improve the yield and the molecular weight of poly (lactic acid), and the optimum conditions of the polycondensation are that with TSA of 0.3% and SnCl2 of 0.4% as catalyst, the reaction first at 160℃ for 9 h, then at 180 ℃ for 12 h. In this process the average molecular weight (M^-w) of PLLA is 21000 g/mol and the Mw/ Mn is 1. 105 determined by light scattering method, while the yield is up to 77%.
