摘 要:采用涂膜法制备了以碳纳米管(CNTs)、乙炔黑和石墨粉为导电填料的聚酰亚胺(PI)导电复合材料,研究了其电学性能、力学性能和粘接性能。结果显示,PI/CNTs导电复合材料有较好的综合性能。Polyimide (PI) electrical conductive composites were prepared from the corresponding PI precursor and electrical conductive fillers under the names of carbon nanotubes (CNTs), graphite and acetylene black by solution cast and subsequent heat amidation. The polyimide precursor, poly(amic acid) (PAA), was synthesized from 3, 4, 3', 4'-biphenyltetracar- boxylic dianhydride(BPDA) and 4,4"-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA) with intense mechanical stirring at - 5℃ Scanning electron microscope (SEM), electronic stretching tester, digital ohmmeter was used to characterize the electrical, mechanical and adhesive properties of the as-prepared PI electrical conductive composites, respectively. The experimental results show that the electrical conductive composite of PI/CNTs has better electrical, mechanical and adhesive properties than the other two composites.
