摘　　要：中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变是眼科的常见病，目前尚无确切药物疗法，激光治疗为较先进的方法，我们用氪激光治疗了88例病人，结果表明氛激光治疗中浆疗效较好，可明显缩短病程，降低复发率，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Central sere chorioretinopathy is a common disease. Ai present there is no medicina treatment Laser therapy is an advanced methed In our senies of 88 cases treated with K-lase showed effective and safe.After treatment the course of disease was shortened and the relapes rate reduced.
