摘　　要：目的研究甲氰咪胍对胃粘膜血流的影响。方法激光多普勒血流仪检测甲氰咪胍对正常及梗阻性黄疸大鼠冷束缚应激时胃粘膜血流的影响。结果应激前用甲氰咪胍可使正常及梗阻性黄疸大鼠应激时胃粘膜血流增加(P<0.01),胃液 pH 升高(P<0.01),胃粘膜损伤减轻(P<0.05)。结论甲氰眯胍对胃粘膜血流有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of cimetidine (CM) on gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF). Methods Laser Doppler flowmeter was used to measure the GMBF in normal and obstructive jaundice rats subjected to cold-restrained stress with and without pretreatment of CM.Results It was found that pretreatment with CM can not only elevating intragastric PH value (P<0.05) but also increase the GMBF (P<0.01) and alleviate mucosal lesion (P<0.05).Conclusion The study indicates that CM has the effect of protecting GMBF.
