摘　　要：目的评估鼻胃镜检查的临床应用价值。方法对1000例患者采用鼻腔喷雾麻醉后进行鼻胃镜检查，观察镜下改变和患者反应。结果971例完成经鼻胃镜检查，29例完成经口鼻胃镜检查。其中，取出食管异物2例，幽门管支架置入术1例，放置空肠营养管18例，完成活检824例，病理与镜下表现相符812例（98．54％）。结论鼻胃镜具有良好的检查效果，有临床诊断和治疗价值。Objective To evaluate the value of the transnasal esophagogastrodudenoscopy（EGD） in clinical diagnosis and therapy. Methods The study includes 1000 patients referred for diagnostic and therapic EGD. All patients were received the examination after 2% lidocaine was administered into the naris. We obtained biopsy specimens from 824 patients. Results Among the 1000 patients ,971 were completed successfully by transnasal EGD, and the remaining was completed by classical transoral EGD. During the examination ,we extracted the esophageal foreign body in two patients,and performed the pylorie stenting in one patient. Enteral feeding tubes were placed in 18 patients. We found that the endoscopic manifestation is consistent with the histopathologic examination（ the concordance rate is 84% ）. Conclusion The transnasal EGD has the goodish value in the clinical diagnosis and therapy.
