摘　　要：目的：探索幕上胶质瘤瘤周水肿的ＭＲＩ特征。方法：对７６例幕上胶质瘤的磁共振增强前、后图像进行研究，所有病例均经手术和病理证实。结果：ＭＲＩ幕上胶质瘤瘤周水肿播散方式与脑白质的分布规律密切相关。统计数据表明，Ｔ２Ｗ图像瘤周水肿与正常组织之间（Ｐ＜０．００１），及增强后Ｔ１Ｗ图像瘤周水肿与瘤体实质之间（Ｐ＜０．００５）信号强度差异有显著意义。结论：ＭＲＩ对显示幕上胶质瘤瘤周水肿全貌极有帮助。Objective:To analyse MRI features of brain edema in supratentorial gliomas.Methods:76 cases of supratentorial glioma were examined with MR before and after Gd-DTPA enhancement.All cases were confirmed by surgical and pathological findings.Results:It was showd very clearly that the peritumoral brain edema in the MRI corresponds to the pattern of spread in the white matter.Serial measurements of signal intensity showd that the difference between edema and normal tissue in T2WI(P<0.001)was significant,so was it between edema and tumor in T1WI after contrast(P<0.005).Conclusion:MRI is helpful in demonstrating the whole picture of peritumoral brain edema in supratentorial glinomas.
