摘　　要：以全国少年田径锦标赛的少年跳远运动员及其教练员为研究对象,对该年龄阶段的少年跳远运动员的训练现状进行研究,找出其中存在的问题,为提高少年跳远运动员的科学化训练水平提供了参考依据。Though a research on junior long jumpers and their coaches in the National Junior Athletic Championships, the current training situation of juniors is analyzed and the problems are found. All these will contribute as reference to improve the scientific training of junior long jumpers.
