摘　　要：作为一项全新的知识产权,与其他传统知识产权类似,民间文学艺术来源群体所享有的民间文学艺术权也分为精神权利和经济权利两部分。其中,精神权利是权利主体基于其民间文学艺术而依法享有的各种与人身相联系而无直接财产内容的权利,主要包括表明来源权、禁止歪曲滥用权、公布权、修改权和传授权等。Folk art, like any other kind of intellectual property right, includes both spiritutal right of literature and that of economy. The spiritual right refers to the ownership right of the folk art that is not immediately related to the finance, but mainly including the right of source, prohited abuse, proclamation, amendament and heritage.
