环氧合酶-2在骨肉瘤中的表达与肺转移的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达与肺部转移的关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色方法(S-P法)对骨肉瘤患者术后标本进行染色,光镜下观察结果。根据术后1年CT断层扫描肺部是否发生转移分为实验组、对照组,研究COX-2在人骨肉瘤组织中的表达情况与骨肉瘤肺部转移的关系。应用统计软件分析实验组与对照组COX-2蛋白表达情况的差异性。结果实验组患者骨肉瘤组织中,COX-2表达阳性率为82.5%,明显高于对照组的40%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COX-2在骨肉瘤中的过高表达与骨肉瘤的肺部转移存在密切关系。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of eyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） in osteosarcoma and lung metastases. Methods The expression of COX-2 in human osteosarcoma tissue was detected by immunohistechemistry. The lung metastases was detected by CT after one year, and the patients were divided into experiment group and control group according the results. The correlation between expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in osteosarcoma and lung metastases was observed through optical microscope, and the results were analyzed by Chi-square test. Results Among the specimens with lung metastases, the rate of COX-2 expression was 82.5% （27/40） in osteesarcoma, which was significantly higher than that（40.0%） of control group（non lung metastases）, there was a significant difference between the two group, （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The overexpression of COX-2 is closely related to and lung metastases in osteosarcoma.
