综合视觉刺激治疗儿童弱视的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合视觉刺激治疗弱视儿童的疗效及相关因素的影响。方法对89例(139眼)弱视患儿进行戴镜、遮盖或压抑治疗、弱视训练及自律空间频率视觉刺激训练等综合治疗,观察其治疗效果及其相关因素。结果6岁前治愈率83.5%,7～9岁治愈率为41.94%,10～12岁治愈率为18.18%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.48,P<0.01);依从性好的患者治愈率76%,依从性一般患者治愈率为68%,依从性差患者治愈率35.75%;轻度弱视治愈率100%,中度弱视59.21%,重度25%(3组χ2=39.05,P<0.01)。结论弱视程度越轻治疗效果越好,年龄越小治愈率越高,弱视应早期发现、早期综合治疗。依从性对弱视治疗有明显影响。Objective To observe the clinical effects of visual stimulation on amblyopia in children and its related factors. Methods 89 children with amblyopia （139 eyes） received wearing spectacles, traditional patching, space frequency stimulation therapy. The efficacy of the complex therapy on amblyopia was evaluated. Results The cure rates in 3 - 6 years,7 - 9 years, 10 - 12 years were 83.5% ,41.94%, 18.18% respectively, with statistieally significant differences among 3 groups （χ^2= 33.48, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The eure rates in good, moderate and poor compliance were 76%, 68% ,35.75% respectively. The cure rates in slight, mederate, severe amblyopia were 100% ,59.21% ,25% respectively, with statistically significant differences among 3 groups（χ^2 = 39.05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The slighter the amblyopia is and the younger the patients＇ age is, the better the therapeutie effects are. Early diagnosis and timely treatment are effective measures for amblyopia. Good compliance has a positive effect on the treatment of amblyopia.
