摘　　要：目的观察不同剂量5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)腹腔化疗对胃肠肿瘤术后免疫系统的影响。方法检测7例胃癌与33例大肠癌根治术后6个疗程腹腔化疗前后的体液免疫与细胞免疫指标的变化。结果在每一疗程化疗前后的短期内免疫系统均未受抑制;随着5-Fu剂量在各疗程的逐步递增,血IgG、IgA、C_4、CD_3及NK活性明显下降低于对照组。结论 5-Fu腹腔化疗能抑制机体的体液免疫与细胞免疫。Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of 5-Fu in intraperitoneal chemotherapy on immune system after the operation of gastrointestinal cancer. Methods The changes in immune param- eters (humoral and cellular immunity) in 40 patients (7 with gastric cancer and 33 with colon cancer)were observed 6 courses of pre- and post-intraperitoneal chemotherapy after radical operation. Results The immune functions of the patients were not inhibited during the short period of pre- and post-chemother- apy of every course. However, the values of IgA, IgG, C_4, CD_3 and NK activities in peripheral blood of pre-chemotherapy were gradually significantly decreased as compared with those of control3 with the increase of 5-Fu doses during every couse. Conclusion Intraperitoneal chemotherapy of 5-Fu might suppress the functions of humoral and cellular immunity.
