摘  要:我们在设计一台遥感相机的扫描镜系统时,考虑到空间尺寸限制需要用力矩电机直接驱动。要想精密控制力矩电机需要知道它的传递函数。由于根据电机理论推导传递函数的过程繁杂,且不如实验测量得到的传递函数更精确。所以决定用实验法测量该传递函数。通常测量传递函数的方法需要使用频率分析仪。频率分析仪属于高档仪器,不是常有。本文介绍了一种使用常用仪器(示波器)测定力矩电机传递函数的方法。Torque motors were used for directly driving because of the limitation of space when we designed a scanning system for a aerial camera. The transfer function (TF) of the servo system should be known to control the torque motor accurately. The academic method of getting TF was complicated, and the TF was not more precise than the one got by experimental methods. So we decided to get the TF of the torque motor servo system using experimental methods. Usually frequency analyzers were used in experimental methods. Frequency analyzers belong to high-grade apparatus, and do not appear in common laboratories. A experimental method of getting the TF of a servo system was presented using general apparatus, oscillograph. The method only used general apparatus, and the method of data processing is also easy. The method is special fit for measuring the TF of agricultural mechanism. It will provide convenience for agricultural automation and electronics.
