摘　　要：核心能力对民营企业的发展至关重要。应用系统动力学理论研究民营企业核心能力形成机理,建立了民营企业核心能力的技术子系统、文化子系统、资源子系统和环境子系统总体框架模型,通过反馈回路设计分析了各子系统的作用机理,构建了民营企业核心能力因果关系图。认为民营企业核心能力的形成是内外各种因素和各子系统相互作用及其有效整合的结果。The importance of core competence has been widely accepted for the development of private - owned enterprises. The mechanism of development of core competence for private - owned enterprise was studied from the perspective of systematic dynamics. A general framework was modeled with four subsystems of technology, culture, resources and environments. In the model the feedback routes between all subsystems explain the inter - functional mechanism and the cause - and - effect as well. The formulation and development of core competence were regarded as the result of well integration and inter - dependence among internal and external factors, and all subsystems.
