摘　　要：随着网络技术和多媒体通信技术的发展,基于因特网的数字视频监控系统已经广为应用。本文分析了支持多媒体传输的协议,提出了一个基于RTP/RTCP协议的数字视频监控系统模型,详细介绍了视频服务器和客户端的实现,并将该系统应用到实际中,结果表明所提出的模型是有效而实用的。With the combination and development of the network and multimedia communication technology, the digital video surveillance system has been popularized. This paper analyzes the multimedia transmission protocols and proposes a model of the digital video surveillance system based on RTP/RTCP. This paper discusses the implementation of the video server and the client in detail. Then the model is applied to an actual system, and the result indicates that it is effective and practical.
