摘 要:目的探讨茜草提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠血清某些生化指标活性及运动能力的影响,为茜草作为运动补剂提供理论依据。方法建立大强度耐力训练大鼠模型,测定运动大鼠力竭运动的时间以及血清尿素(BUN)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血乳酸(BLa)及血红蛋白(Hb)含量。结果训练组大鼠LDH活性显著高于安静组(P<0.01),而训练加药组则显著低于训练组(P<0.01);训练加药组BLa含量较训练组有下降趋势,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练组Hb含量较安静组呈下降趋势,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而训练加药组则显著高于训练组(P<0.05)。结论茜草提取物能有效抑制自由基对红细胞和血红蛋白的损伤,提高了肌肉中乳酸清除的能力,延缓了运动性疲劳的产生。Objective To discuss the mechanism of rubia cordifolia extractive affecting some biochemical indicators of blood serum and sporting ability in highly endurance-trained rats, which can provide theoretical basis for using rubia cordifolia extractive as sport supplements. Methods After establishing the highly endurance-trained rats model, we tested the exhaustion time in the trained rats and the contents of serum urea (BUN), lactic dehydrogenase (LOH), blood lactate (BLa) as well as the cruarin (Hb) in the rats. Results The activity of LDH in training group was greater than that in silent group (P〈0.01) ; the activity of LDH in medicine-aided training group was lower than that in training group (P〈0.01). The change of BLa in medicine-aided training group had a greater decrease than that in training group, the change of Hb in training group had a greater decrease than that in silent group (P〈0.01), but the change of Hb in medicine-aided training group showed a significant increase compared with that in training group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Rubia cordifolia extractive can effectively inhibit injuries from free radicals to RBC and cruarin and improve the capacity of dispelling lactic acid in muscle and the exhaustion time in trained rats.
