成人近视性屈光参差LASIK术后双眼单视功能的建立

摘　　要：目的:观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ kerato-mileusis,LASIK)治疗成人近视性屈光参差在双眼单视功能方面的临床效果。方法:对156例双眼屈光参差>2.00D的患者施行LASIK手术,并对其手术前后的视力、双眼单视各级功能进行分析,采用同视机观察患者双眼单视的Ⅲ级功能,颜少明随机点立体图观察近立体视。结果:成人近视性屈光参差患者经LASIK术后,屈光参差差别程度明显减少,裸眼最佳矫正视力保持不变或不同程度提高;术后均获得双眼单视的Ⅱ级以上功能,Ⅲ级远立体视觉功能较术前有显著改善。术后近立体视尤其对于术前最佳矫正视力>0.6的近视眼有更好的改善作用。结论:LASIK手术能改善成人双眼单视功能的产生,有效矫正屈光参差,其治疗效果肯定。AIM： To explore the value of binocular single vision in adult myopic of anisometropia after LASIK. METHODS： LASIK was performed on 156 myopic patients with binocular anisometropia more than 2. 00 diopters. The mean refraction, the difference of binocular anisometropia, best corrected visual acuity, simultaneous perception, fusion and stereoscopic vision were analyzed before and after LASIK. Synoptophore was used to observe binocular vision, and Yan＇s stereogram was used to observe short distance stereopsis vision. RESULTS： Uncorrected vision acuity was improved significantly, and the difference of binocular aniso- metropia was significantly decreased in all cases. The best corrected visual acuity was kept at the level of proop, or improved. All cases had fusion at lest, the stereopsis vision after operation was significantly higher than that before operation （ P〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： LASIK can improve the ability of binocular single vision, it also can correct adult aniso- metropia, and its therapeutic efficacy deserve to confirm.
