摘　　要：影像导引经皮腹腔神经丛阻滞术治疗上腹部恶性肿瘤所致癌性疼痛疗效确定、并发症少。疼痛缓解与腹腔神经节受肿瘤侵蚀的程度(根据CT表现确定)具有明显的相关性,在腹腔神经节受侵的早期阶段实施腹腔神经节阻滞术能提高手术疗效。Pereutaneous neurolytic coelial plexus block（PNCPB） can be performed with high success and low complication rates under imaging guidance to obtain pain relief in patients with upper abdominal malignancies. A significant relationship between pain relief and degree of tumoral celiac ganglia invasion according to CT features was described in the literature. Performing tile procedure in the early grades of celiac ganglia invasion can increase the effectiveness of the PNCPB.
