摘　　要：近年来,随着CT硬件与软件技术的发展,CT灌注成像在肝脏疾病诊断中取得了较大进步。本文就其基本原理、成像技术、诊断、临床应用等作一综述,重点在于CT灌注成像对肝细胞癌治疗的疗效评估及监测具有指导意义。In recent years, CT peffusion imaging in diagnosis and assessmem for therapeutic response of hepatocellular carcinoma has been improved greatly following the development in hardware and software of computing sciences. The purpose of this study is to summa- rize its basic principle, imaging teclmique, diagnostic application and clinical indications. The main topics are diagnosis and assessment for therapeutic response of hepatoeellular carcinoma of CT perfnsion imaging.
