个体化单侧唇裂修复术临床应用60例效果评价

摘　　要：目的评估个体化单侧唇裂修复术式修复单侧唇裂的整复效果。方法对60例单侧唇裂患者应用个体化单侧唇裂修复术式整复唇裂畸形,术后对整复效果进行主观评价和客观评价。结果术后所有患者主观评价得分大于8分。术后唇部健患侧对称率与正常人接近。结论个体化唇裂修复术式定点原则明确,术式易于掌握,修复效果好,是一种值得推广的唇裂修复术式。Objective In this study we evaluated the effect of individual operation designed for unilateral cleft lip repair. Methods Individual operation design was applied to 60 patients with unilateral cleft lip. We evaluated the plastic effect by using subjective and objective methods. Results In each case the score of subjective evaluation was more than 8 points. The symmetry of lips after operation was close to normal people. Conclusion Having clear principles, individual operation designed for unilateral cleft lip repair is easy to learn. It deserves to be popularized for its good plastic effect.
