腹腔镜直肠癌低位保肛电钩法技巧的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜直肠癌低位保肛术中使用电钩游离的手法技巧。方法:回顾分析我院2007年4月至2008年7月使用电钩游离的腹腔镜直肠癌低位保肛12例手术的效果。结果:12例直肠肿瘤距肛门6～8cm的患者行腹腔镜术,用电钩游离均低位保肛成功,手术切缘阴性,无手术副损伤及并发症发生。结论:选择Dukes分期A期、B期直肠癌,肿瘤未侵及周围脏器的患者,使用腹腔镜电钩沿正确的解剖间隙游离,能取得满意的直肠癌低位保肛手术效果。Objective：To study the technique of electric hook in laparoscopic anus-preserving operation of low rectal cancer. Methods：Twelve cases who underwent laparoscopic anus-preserving operation using electric hook for lower rectal cancer from April 2007 to July 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results：Anus-preserving operation was successfully performed in 12 low rectal cancer patients using electric hook during the laparoscopic operation. The incisal edge was negative, without concomitant injuries and postoperative complication happened. Conclusions ： For Dukes A and B low rectal cancer cases, the effect of anus-preserving is very well for dissecting along the correct interspaces with electric hook in laparoscope operation.
