摘 要:目的:分析新疆刺山柑叶子部位挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取刺山柑叶子挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术进行挥发油成分分析。结果:检出50个色谱峰,鉴定出34个化合物,占总挥发油的94.93%。结论:新疆刺山柑叶子挥发油中的主要成分为硫化物,占总挥发油的80.72%;酮类(9.19%)为次要化学成分;醛类2.36%;萜烯类2.26%;烃0.32%;醇1.09%。这些数据为进一步开发利用刺山柑资源提供了可靠的依据。Objective: The Chemical Constituents of votatile oil 1 were analyded in the leaves of Capparis spinosa L. from xinjiang.Method: The essential oil in the leaves of Capparis spinosa L. was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry(GC - MS). Result: Fifty chromatographic peaks were isolated and Thirty- four compounds were identified, accounting for 94.93 % of the total volatile oil in leaves of Capparis spinosa L.. Conclusion: The essential components of leaves of Capparis spinosa L. in Xinjiang were Sulphur compounds,accounting for 80.72% of the total volatile oil; Ketones were the secondary composition, accounting for 9.19%; aldehydes(2.36%); terpenes (2.26%) ;hydrocarbons(0.32% ) ; alcohols(1.09% ). The data provide the foundation for making use of leaves of Capparis spinosa L..
