摘　　要：培养适应经济社会发展需求的人才是普通高等学校办学的明确目标。本文结合我院化学工程与工艺专业的本科人才培养情况,总结了开展适应经济社会发展需求的本科人才培养在教学计划制定、专业教师队伍建设、教学平台建设以及学生创新素质和实践能力培养提高等方面的一些改革探索与实践及成效情况。Training in line with the economic and social development needs of talent is the goal of colleges and universities. In this paper, combined with chemical engineering and technology of undergraduate training situation in our university, summed up the exploration, practice and effectiveness of training talent in establishing teaching programs, training professional teachers, building teaching platform ,improving the quality of innovation and practical ability of students.
