阅读疗法在中学生心理健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：阅读疗法是通过有指导的阅读来改变主体对己、对人或对事的看法与态度等认知因素,以提高人的心理素质的一种心理健康教育方式,具有发展性、预防性、治疗性等三重功效。阅读疗法在中学生心理健康教育中具有独特作用,阅读疗法在中学生心理健康教育中应做好四个方面的工作。Bibliotherap is a method of mental health education which improves ones mental quality through instructive reading to change his views, attitudes and other cognitive factors towards himself, others and matters. It has three functions： developing, preventing and therapeutic function. This paper elaborates the concept and the mechanism of reading therapy, and discusses the unique function of bibliotherap in mental health education of middle school students, and proposes four suggestions of implementation.
