摘　　要：我国农村信息化框架体系基本形成。社会主义新农村建设中,提升农村干部群众的信息素养和创新意识是一个关键因素。The village information-based frame system has been formated in our country.In order to construct socialism new village, promoting the information literacy and creative consciousness of cadres and the masses are key factors.
